The caffé Libarium is beautifully situated in the bastion of St. Remi (Santa Croce). It's a bit like if you had a caffe on the terraces of the Palace of Monaco. It has a view of 250 degree (if so exactly) which overlooks the old city of Cagliari and on the golf course. This is both a restaurant and a lounge bar which serves cocktails. Whatever the time of day, take the time to have a drink or eat and enjoy the scenery.
